MAN, THE BIBLE, WORLD CONDITIONS!
Man was given knowledge through God. In the Garden of Eden, Genesis 3:1-24.
The fall of man. But lets look at verse 5, For God doth know that in
the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be
as gods, knowing good and evil. Verse 7, and the eyes of them both were
opened, and they knew that they were naked… Man knows the difference
between good and evil in our world today. But, here in lies the
problem. To make our life easier we start with our own deception, our
inventions, half-truths, in other words bending the truth to fit our
life styles. Look at 2 Timothy 4:3-4, For the time will come (I think
the time is now) when they will not endure sound doctrine: but wanting
to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers
in accordance to their own desires; and turn aside to myths. Does this
sound like today? If we don't like it, we will change the bible to say
what we want it to say! Not what God wanted it to say! You know,
fooling ourselves, thinking that God will not notice our evil ways, but
He does. So, man and the bible are at odds with our way of life. Just
look at our way of living today. People living together without being
married. Jumping from one bedroom and bed to another, but you say this
is the twenty first century! We don’t live back in the bible times!
The dark backward times. Today, we are more mature, grown-up, wiser, in
other words “we know it all”. Today we are allowing people of the same
sex to be married! We all know what the bible says about that. I was
reading the other day that 1 in 4 junior and senior high school girls
have STDs. (sexually transmitted disease) Young girls can have abortions
without the parents consent. Yes, this come up on the ballot to be
voted on to be stopped, but the people saw fit to not stop it! They
just didn’t care I guess. Our judges today make the law as they go,
that is to suite themselves and their ideals. The people of California
voted several years back to make a marriage of one man and one woman.
The supreme said that this was against gay marriage rights. The people
voted and the long black robes saw fit to change the law! Now there is
a lawsuit in the making, a doctor who turned a couple away from an
in-vitro clinic because of their own religious views. That of lesbians
and gay man. Then it goes on to say, “A group specifically protected
under state anti-discrimination laws”. So now gays and lesbians are a
“protected group”! Who passed that law? Was it the people we elected
to run this state or country? Enough said on gay and lesbians, lets now
look at world conditions. Is our moral vision blinded like as described
above when we look at the people we elect to run this country?
Apparently so. If you doubt my word, read the bible and then look at
the world conditions. We are starting the presidential elections for
2008. What a dismal start! What we are going to have to vote for is
something else to say the least. I would recommend voting for Senator
McCain, he has the background needed for the job. But the liberal press
is starting their liberal push to fool the people and bring them around
to the liberal side. When it looked like trouble for the demarcates in
the preliminaries the media started the recession with little articles
then big articles and the people started saving and not spending and
what happened, a slight recession. Then little articles on the housing
market and then the slowdown in the housing market. Today after the
demarcates settled just who they would pick to run for their party, here
comes an article “foreclosures hit record high and crisis may get worse
still”. I wonder if that still will hold until after elections and if
we have a democratic president? The newspapers and television are
calling our President and our Republican government liars, that they
lied about WMD in Iraq. When in fact there were WMD there. But now we
have a man running for president who no one knows! Look at his
background, into his past, Muslim schooled while a child. Parents who
were Muslims. His church is something else, militant! But he went
there for 20 years to find out what the church was all about! The
church sounds to be against white people, against the United States, and
this man has made it to almost President of the United States with this
type of background. Do you see anything wrong with this picture? The
Christian religion is not and I repeat not the main religion in the
United States, it was at one time, but not now. The teachings of Jesus
Christ have fallen by the wayside. Within 15 years the Christian
religion as we know it today will be an underground religion! I wont
speculate on what religion or god we will be kneeling down to or the
direction. We as a free people (now) need to take off the blinders and
see the world as it is, and should be seen. If we continue down this
path we are on, we will no longer be any different than any other third
world country. We will be just like any other eastern country or our
southern neighbors. If we here in the United States don’t stand up for
what is right and right for this country, it (we) will be lost! I say,
if you are right we will be ok, but if I am right, we are lost and not

WHY ARE SO MANY OF OUR PRAYERS NOT ANSWERED?
In many of the books of the gospels Jesus was healing people
all the time. It was His commandment that his disciples go
fourth and heal also. Lets look at several people that was
healed by Jesus. Matthew 8:5-7 And when he was entered into
Capernaum, there came unto Him a centurion, beseeching Him,
and saying, Lord my servant lieth in the house sick of the
palsy, gievously tormented. And he saith unto him, I will
come and heal him. Jesus knew something! Matthew 19:1-2
Jesus had departed from Galilee, and came into the borders
of Judaea beyond the Jordan; and great multitudes followed
Him; and he healed them. Jesus knew something about them.
Luke 8:40-50 And Jesus returned, and multitudes welcomed
Him; for they were waiting for him. And behold, there came
a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue; and
he fell down at Jesus’ feet and besought him to come into
his house; for he had an only daughter, about twelve years
of age, and she was dying. But as he went multitudes
thronged Him. And a woman having an issue of blood twelve
years,who had spent all her living upon physicians, and
could not be healed of any, came behind Him, and touched….
“the border of his garment”: and immediately the issue of
her blood stanched. And Jesus said, who is it that touched
me? And when all denied, Peter said, and they were with him,
Master,the multitudes press thee and crush thee. But Jesus
said, some one did touch me; for I perceived that the power
had gone forth from me. And when the woman saw that she was
not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before Him
declared in the presents of all the people for what cause
she touched Him, and how she was healed immediately. And He
said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go
in peace. While he yet spake, there cometh one from the
rulers synagogue’s house, saying, Thy daughter is dead;
trouble not the teacher. But Jesus hearing it answered him,
fear not: only believe and she shall be made whole. The
bible gives us a very detailed and vivid picture on what it
takes for prayer and healing to take place. Folks it can
take place today, we just have to follow the plan that Jesus
has put fourth! Jesus knows our hearts, He knows if we mean
what we say and think. In all these cases the people knew
that Jesus Christ could heal them. They knew, no doubt,
they knew it would happen. Like the woman with the blood
issue. She knew beyond any doubt if she could just touch
His robe she would be healed. She did touch His robe and was
healed. Now I want to ask you, how many of you go to church
and pray for something, heeling, whatever. You feel and you
know that Jesus will take care of your problem! You get up
and turn around and bend over and pick up your problem and
leave the church with it in tow! Now stop and think back,
did any of the people that Jesus healed stop and question if
Jesus would heal them! No not one! How can Jesus take care
of your problem if you give it to Him and then take it back
from Him? Brothers and sisters, give your problems to Jesus
and forget them, let Jesus take care of them. That is his
promise. BUT only if you let Him do it.

Davies What is our country be-coming?
God is being removed from our schools by
the day.
Graduation invocations cannot contain the word “God”. Everything
pertaining to God is being removed from all government
buildings. In
Los Angeles, the city had to remove a cross that had been in
the city insignia every sense the inception of the
city. Anything
religious appears to have been removed from every part of
our lives. I
wonder what they will find next, that can be removed that
pertains to God?
Now it appears that our church
“denominations” are starting to change. The very
“foundations” of our Christian beliefs are starting to
crumble and slip away before our very eyes! People today are so
busy working two jobs and long hours to keep the families
together. They do not have the time to invest in reading the
Bible, much less notice what is happening. But some are taking
the time to still make it to church on Sundays with their
family to hear what the pastor has to say. In fact in
today's fast pace, many people only make it to church
occasionally.
One would be surprised to know how many children never make
it to church at all.
What is the underlying cause of all these
changes? Today the news media, newspapers, radio,
and television news seem to be following very little of the
changes except for the negative aspect of our Christian
faith, then making the negative sound good. It also appears that
many of our elected officials do not believe or express
their views on any religious philosophy. But this is a trend
of the times; one would say, “This is just living in the
twentieth century”. But, back to what the
real cause is!
Knowledge!
Knowledge of the road map to the basics of our
Christian beliefs.
The road map in the book of life, the Bible! Lets
review some of the major pit falls we are facing today. The Christian way of
life has been changing for the past two decades. Things like seeing
ordained women pastors. Where in the Bible
does it say anything about ordaining women as pastors? The Bible says just
the opposite.
If God had wanted women pastors, He would have said
something about it!
I should mention one other thing here; it says we are
“not to add”, “or remove” anything from the Bible. But we have already
added something! Ordained women pastors. The next item is
ordained homosexual pastors. Again the Bible is very explicit on this
subject. It is
not allowed; it is spelled out very clearly
verse-by-verse.
But we have denominations that allow ordained
homosexual pastors.
Other denominations fighting for equal rights for
homosexual pastors.
What has happened? Can we just tare out the pages of the
Bible and throw them away and go on? Has Gods words of
the twentieth century come to the point that we know more
than God that God was not able to judge or think a head for
this time in the world? Are we so smart as to second guess God
and say this is right?
If God had wanted ordained homosexual pastors, He
would not have said what he did about homosexuals!
Has
satin infiltrated our churches, or even taken over some of
our churches?
The people are being lead down the wrong path, the
road with many paths leading to destruction! They believe what
the pastors are telling them, and the people don’t know the
difference, or they just don’t care. We are
coming up to the time for our senate to vote on the marriage
amendment bill.
It appears our elected officials are leaning towards
making the change, where two persons of the same sex can be
married. Is
this marriage going to be sanctioned by God? Under mans law they
might be married, but not by Gods words in the book of
life. Here
again we know more than God does, God in not capable any
more. There have been signals in the times
past, and even today.
But we as a human race are running every red stop
sign of life.
We have become so smart, so smug, and our knowledge
is so superior now, that we don’t even need God any
more! So we
think! Have we
forgotten Sodom and Gomorrah? People need to get down on their knees
and start praying for forgiveness? We need to turn back to God. We need to put God
back into lives, schools and our Country again.
If we
don’t, may God have mercy on us! Read Gen 19:1-29. 2 Peter 2:5-6. It is past time for
the Christians to stand up and be counted and to hold our
church officials, and our elected government officials to
what is right in the eyes of God! Pastor Harry

WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN - One who belongs or is devoted to
Christ. This is one of several NT terms applied to
the followers of Christ. This term is formed from the word
Christ (Messiah) and the -ians ending, which is from the
Latin and used only with proper names (cf Herodians) in Mark
3:6. The word Christian only occurs three times in (Acts
11:26; 26:28) (1Peter 4:16) all these imply that it was
recognized title in the NT period, though it was evident
that there were other names which Christians themselves
used, and perhaps preferred. A Christian is one who
belongs or is devoted to Jesus Christ! One who belongs or is
devoted is one who believes in and is a follower of Christ.
One who belongs or is devoted is a person who has accepted
Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Accepting Jesus
Christ as your personal savior means that you have had a
sincere change in your heart, mind and life! Along with that
you want and desire with all your heart and soul to live and
act like Jesus Christ. Knowing we cannot be perfect like
Christ, we want to work towards coming as close as we can to
being perfect. However, pledging your heart and soul today
does not mean that tomorrow you can go out and do what you
want to do. We cannot go to church or bible study one day
and when we leave, leave our Christianism lying on the front
steps of the church until next Sunday. In this case, how can
one say he/she is devoted to Jesus Christ when he/she leaves
Him at the steps of the church and doesn’t carry Him in
their heart at all times? “Being a Christian, a believer, is
being part of the body of Christ. Are we not to be the
church that the Holy Spirit dwells in? We, being many, are
all one body of Christ, and every one (severally) members
are one of another.” Ro. 12:5. Has our
Christianism been stolen? Today just about everyone you talk
with says they are Christians! Are people un-aware of just
what being a Christian means? Has the word Christian become
a word that means little or nothing? Has it become just a
social acceptance word? Has our society become so liberal
that the Bible is being considered “outdated”? Folks Satan
is at work in our churches and Bible studies! He is at work
in our everyday lives! Please do not believe what people of
the world tell you! Check even what your pastor tells you,
take it to the word, and study your Bible. You need to read
and learn just what the word of God is so as not to be
fooled by the false prophets! Take a moment and ask
yourself, just where do you stand with Jesus? If you stand
with him, you cannot be against him. To be against him means
that you are favorable with the worldly views of right and
wrong and follow what has become the truth of Satan. No
matter how we feel, if we are true Christians, we have only
one choice and that is to go all the way, as the body of
Christ. Just how far would you go to support Jesus Christ?
He went all the way for our sins! He died on the cross for
us. Let's take a look at some of the issues of
late. There was a church back East that asked some of the
Deacons-Elders to step down from their positions due to
indifference with the pastor and some of the other board
members of the church. First lets take the stand as
Christians and know that the bible is very clear about not
going to court with other believers, but to go to your
brother first. The second is that we always support Jesus
Christ! However, in this case, they did not! What happened
in this church, the Deacons- Elders did not support Christ,
they went against their pastor; they went against Jesus
Christ and what He stood for by going to the court system
and attempted to gain their positions back in the church.
What was the wrong that was committed by these Deacons-
Elders of this church that warranted the severity of them
being asked to step down? These Deacons-Elders voted for the
Democratic Liberal Candidate. What did that mean to the
church? Well, let’s take a look at the last
Presidential election. One candidate supported the killing
of babies (Late Term - Abortions). What was the motivation
to accept this when it went against what the bible says?
This is only one of the issues that the board looked at
before asking for the Deacons-Elders to step down. What
about the death penalty? What about people just living
together? What about homosexuals? Just how much can we fudge
and get by with? Nothing at all! Either we are with Jesus
Christ or we are against Him. Understandably, having
diversity in the people of a church is a must; we should try
to get as many people in our churches as we can no matter
what their background. But before they can become part of
the governing board, the body, they must be for Jesus
Christ! They must be saved born again Christians! Being
Christian's means we must remember the standards that we
must live up to in our daily walk. Now, remember one thing
these were leaders of the church and they made the decision
to vote for someone who openly opposed our Christian
beliefs. Therefore, they were no longer looked upon as
favorable leaders in a church that follows Christ. They had
no right to be looked upon as righteous in the eyes of the
Lord by their choices that were made in their social and
political views. Making the choice for Christ may
not go along with our social, or political views, but where
do you stand? Who do you support? In this world today it is
very hard being bombarded daily with tolerance issues and
liberalisms. Folks, there is no gray area; there is just a
very fine line! Remember, you are either with Christ or you
are against Him and to be against Christ is to allow room
for Satan to take over your soul! There is black and white
don’t get caught in the gray…. If we are not careful Satan
will steal our Christianism! Be sure to read and study your
Bible. Pray for the strength to continue in the footsteps of

10, 2005 9:22 AM PASSING JUDGMENT Here the other
day when we were watching Schiavo on TV, he has had another
woman in his life and with children. I had made some
comments and my wife called me down for it! Now, is it
our place as Christians to sit in our living rooms and point
fingers at him and call him names and a sinner?
Ephesians 4:29 tells us that if we can't say anything
nice, we should not say anything at all. Well, I
do get my feathers all twisted when I hear people refer to
the hypocrisy of Christians! There is a sad
attitude in our country today, which says our individual
sins should not be pointed out and that we should not be
held accountable. People say, "Jesus say's we
should love one another!" This is true,
"But" did not Jesus call the Pharisees empty
tombs! He said that they were steeling from the
widows, He called them "snakes and Hypocrites.
Jesus was certainly being judgmental! Look at Luke
11:42-44, 20:46-47. It is time and even past time
for Christians to hold up the standard of righteousness and
call evil just what it is! If you were driving down
the road and a car passed you almost hitting you while
weaving all over the road, would you assume they were drunk,
and a hazard to everyone on the road? So you pick up
your cell phone and call the police. Are you not being
judgmental? To ignore sin and not call it what
it is, is just as careless and just as deadly! In the
New Testament it also tells us to examine the lives of
people we come in contact with! We are "not"
to have dealings with certain people we come in contact
with. But, do we not have to judge these
people? Jesus said, "A good tree does not
bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.
For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not
gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a
bramble bush. The good man out of good treasures of
his heart produces good: and the evil man out of his evil
treasures produces evil. Luke 6:43-45. Jesus
clearly indicated that we must regard certain individuals as
hypocrites. In John 7:24 Jesus said, "Do not
judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous
judgment." There are many more verses that make
it clear that having an opinion about a person and
expressing it is proper! In Titus 3:10, Paul advised
Titus, "Reject a divisive man." John said,
"Beloved do not believe every spirit, but test the
spirit". 1 John 4:1 and "if anyone comes to
you and does not bring this doctrine of Christ, do not
receive him into your house nor greet him. 2 John
10. None of those three verses can be obeyed without
expressing judgment. It is a judgment, which
recognizes the fruit produced. It is not a judgment,
which pronounces sentence. That judgment remains
forever in the hands of the Lord God Almighty. In all
the teachings of Jesus Christ or the Apostles, there is
nothing that relieves us of the obligation to form opinions
about people, and to act upon the basis of these
opinions. This also implies that at times it
will be our duty to express our judgments. Jesus quite
frequently called sinners just what they were ---
sinners. If we as His followers do not condemn the
sinful lifestyles, we are supporting those lifestyles.
Today there are to many hypocrites, and we are saying
nothing, which in fact, we are approving the lifestyles of
today, the filth on television, open sex out of marriage,
children without morals. When are we Christians going
to wake up and see what is going on around us. We need
to start passing judgments, judgments that recognize the
fruits of the Holy Spirit. Use the Philippians grid
4:8, to determine whatever is true, whatever is noble,
whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or
praiseworthy- think about such things.

Pastor Davies GOING ON A TRIP I was reading a
journal the other day, and this story caught my eye.
It was about this man who was on this trip. He
had this old map that he was going by. The map had
been used in unfamiliar territory and in all kinds of
weather and the map never changed. But the road he was
on was real rough. He checked the map but there was no
other roads showing on the map that he could take.
Then he picked another road and started to follow it.
But this road started to go in another direction than
he wanted to go. Like anyone else, he stopped and asks
directions. He told the person where he wanted
to go. He was told “sure” just keep following
this road and it will get you to where you want to go.
He asks have you ever been there? Nope, but I
know it will get you there. Others and some very
intelligent people have told me so, the old timer responded.
The man asks the old timer, “what if I just go back to
the road I was on, and follow my old map? The old
timer said, your map is old and outdated; only ignorant
people still use this map. Enlightened people today
ignore these old warn out maps and directions it gives.
Even the very well educated and even the experienced
don’t follow these old maps. Well the man headed on
down the road even though he thought he was headed in the
wrong direction. After a while the man decided to turn
back to the main road he was on. Just as he started to
turn around he saw some people, he stopped and ask them if
this road would get him to where he wanted to go. They
told him sure, just keep going on down the road your on.
It will get you to where you want to go. He asks
if any of them had ever been down this road to where he
wanted to go. They said no they had not, but they were
sure he would get to where he wanted to go if he would just
keep following the road he was on. On hearing their
answer, the man decided to turn around and go back to the
road he was on, and start using his old map. When the people
heard him say that, they started to berate him for
disagreeing with their wisdom. They called him
uneducated, a right-winger, bigot, homophobic, they called
him a fundamentalist, even a censor. This made him so
mad and upset he ignored his instincts to return and use the
map, which had served him for so many years. He decided that
to avoid criticism and public humiliation that he would
continue down the road he was on. The longer the man
continues down this road, he gets further away from where he
wanted to go. He is still traveling this road today!
The further he goes without his map, the further away
he gets to where he wanted to go! Now, the writer
added, now let me tell you another story. Once upon a
time there was a church which had a Bible ……..

THE SILENT
CHURCH. Have you been reading your bible lately?
You should! Things are starting to get bad for
Christians! If you are leaving to go on a trip, don't
you check a map to see how to get there? Are you
planning to be with Jesus Christ or go to Hades? I
think you should read and study your bible, or you could be
misled! Matthew 7:13-14, Enter by the narrow gate!
For the gate is wide, and the way is broad leading to
destruction, and many are those who find it. For the
gate is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who
find it! Lets look at Homosexual pastors and priest
and women pastors! Also lets look at divisions within
the church. What does the bible say about this?
Let’s ask ourselves one question; does God need our
help in writing the bible? If it is not in the bible,
does God want us to write it in the bible for Him? I
don't think so! For starters where in the bible
does it say anything about women pastors? It does not
say anything! So we make it up to have women pastors!
Wrong! So we have added to the bible what we
want! If God had wanted women pastors He would have
said so! What does the bible say about divisions in
His church? See 1 Corinthians 1:12-13, now I mean this
that each one is saying, "I am of Paul" and
"I am of Apollos," and "I am of Cephas,"
and "I of Christ." Has Christ been divided?
Paul was not crucified for you, was he? Or were
you baptized in the name of Paul? Just how many
denominations do we have, and more splitting! Just
look at what is happing! The homosexual pastors and
priest. What does the bible say about homosexuals?
Look at 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, " a warning against
moral laxity) Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not
inherit the kingdom of God. Do not be deceived,
neither fornicators, nor Idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
effeminate, nor HOMOSEXUALS, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor
drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the
Kingdom of God. NOW mind you, we have DENOMINATIONS
fighting to have homosexual pastors! Look at 2 Timothy

Now in Revelation 3:15-16, Now, this will tell you
where you will go if you don't change! I know your
deeds, that you neither cold nor hot; I would that you were
cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm and neither
hot nor cold I will spit (vomit) you out of my mouth.
If religion is worth anything, it is worth everything;
an indifference here is inexcusable. Why halt between
two opinions? If God be God, follow Him; if Baal (be
God), follow him. There is no room for neutrality,
none! So what are the denominations fighting about?
Is Satan at work? If you are not very careful
they will lead you down that comfortable wide road to
destruction! Think about this scripture. 1
Corinthians 6:15-17, Do you not know that your bodies
are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the
members of Christ and make them members of a harlot?
May it never be! Or do you not know that one who
joins himself to a harlot is one body with her, for He says,
"two will become one flesh." IS THIS NOT THE
BODY OF THE CHURCH? Please, see where you stand, are
you with a denomination fighting about homosexuals, or does
your denomination have homosexual pastors, or women pastors?
What body are you joined with? Just remember
that comfortable wide road to destruction. Please read
the road map to Jesus Christ. Don't just listen to
